On May 12th, Dr. Liu Jinghui, Secretary-General of China Scholarship Council, met the delegation headed by Prof. David Turpin, the President and Vice-Chancellor of the University of Victoria, Canada. Secretary-General Liu expressed welcome on behalf of CSC to Prof. David Turpin and his delegation, and introduced to him the scholarship programs conducted by CSC in both sending Chinese students and scholars to study abroad, and receiving International students to study in Chinese universities. Both sides shared the implementation information of CSC-UVic Postgraduate fellowship program, and also had a friendly and equally discussion on their concerning issues.
