| A memorandum has been signed between China Scholarship Council (CSC) and Agricultural Research Organization (A.R.O., Israel) in August, 2008, which represented by Ms. YANG Xin-yu, deputy secretary-general of CSC and Prof. Y. Spiegel, head of ARO. The program aimed to select 10 Chinese researchers annually to ARO to carry out post-docs researches in a 9-12 months period. CSC will cover a return international airfare, Visa fees and health insurance, and part of stipends, of which subsidized by ARO. It is believed that this program would promote and enhance the scientific cooperation in agricultural filed between China and Israel. |
