On May 5^th 2010, Dr. Liu Jinghui, Secretary-General of China Scholarship Council (CSC), signed the cooperation agreement of China National Electronics Imp & Exp Corp Scholarship in Beijing, jointly with Mr.Chen Xu, President of China National Electronics Imp. & Exp. Corp. and Prof.Duan Baoyan, President of Xidian University.

According to the agreement, China National Electronics Imp. & Exp. Corp. Scholarship is initiated by China National Electronics Imp. & Exp. Corp., which intends to fund for the distinguished young people from countries of its international partners to study in China pursuing academic degrees or training. CSC is in charge of the enrollment and management of the scholarship students. Xidian University is responsible for the cultivation of the scholarship students.
